All Star II Online Registration Information

The following steps summarize the complete registration process for summer, July 9 - 16, 2005:
- Update Information (menu choices 1 & 2)
(both 1.Family & 2.FamilyMember Info)
- Preview the Registration Form(menu choice 3), Print It, & Sign It
- *Mail Check & Form *(must be postmarked before March 10th) — this is the step that really gets you registered — everything else is simply "pre-registration"; a single check payable to "All Star II Conference" should be sent which includes the conference registration fee of $55/adult (18 and over) and $45/child (up to the family maximum of $190) as well as the hotel room & board deposit of $100 for each person over the age of 2. An additional $10 may be included for the Ginny Levine Shoalership Fund.

- Include a Minor Medical Release Form if a youth under 18 is registering to attend without parent or legal guardian.
And then please watch for emails that will keep you informed; you will also be sent letters via snail mail so please enclose 3 stamps when you send in your registration form and check (pre-addressed envelopes are not necessary since our database prepares them automatically without any tedious manual sorting). Also, note that the registration form you print out using this method takes the place of the form in the printed conference brochure which you may have received — you do not need to fill out & send us that pre-printed form since this online process prints out the equivalent.
